HIV Scotland has now closed the Condoms by Post service. HIV Scotland has analysed use of the Condoms by Post service over the last year, between March 2011 and April 2012 and have produced a series of reports.
One has been sent to the government (see Full Compedium below) which presents the usage of the scheme across Scotland. The other 14 are based on each health board area of Scotland and each provides a breakdown on the usage of condoms by post at a regional level.
Condoms by Post was one small service run by HIV Scotland. We’re really happy to see that condoms are now broadly available via other services throughout Scotland because this enables us to keep our focus on addressing HIV policy.

There’s been a big improvement in local services and we believe that everyone would be able to access condoms in their local areas.
