Personal experiences

The anti-stigma strategy for Scotland needs to be informed by those most affected by HIV-related stigma. This includes people living with HIV as well as people from communities which are more at risk, including gay and bisexual men and other men who have sex with men, transgender people, sex-workers, people who inject drugs, people from sub-Saharan Africa.

We’ve asked people to share their personal experiences to help illustrate the reasons we need an HIV anti-stigma strategy.
