World AIDS Day resources for teachers

Back to news & events

Monday 20th November 2017

In anticipation of World AIDS Day on the 1st of December, we were delighted to collaborate with LGBT Youth Scotland to create resources to help schools and teachers share relevant information with their learners. The exciting suite of resources feature statistics, campaigns, information and personal stories about life in Scotland for those living with HIV.

It is important to highlight World AIDS Day to our learners to remind them and others that HIV has not gone away – there is still a vital need to increase awareness, tackle prejudice and improve education.
