Saturday 26th September 2015

  • Where: Central Edinburgh
  • When: Saturday 26 September 2015 - 10am - 3.30pm
  • Who: Hosted by HIV Scotland, for people living with HIV

HIV Scotland and the NAT are working on a guide for people living with HIV on their rights, confidentiality and disclosure. Please join us to share experiences you have had as a person with HIV, so we can fill the guide with information that would be helpful for people who may be going through similar issues, and give examples of real-life dilemmas and challenges.

We want to hear about your experiences of living with HIV, good or bad, to help bring about positive change. Whether you have something to say about experiences of disclosing your status, protecting your confidentiality or the way others have treated you, we want to hear from you. It could be something which happened in work, at home or in your community.

Whatever your experiences, we want you to join us in Edinburgh on Saturday 26th September at an informal and fun event for people living with HIV. It will be a chance to meet others, share your story and help us make positive change. Your story can make a real difference.

With your input we'll build a new guide for people living with HIV on their rights, when and how to disclose status, and on confidentiality.
