Sexual health and HIV training days

SWISHH (Sandyford Workshops for Integrated Sexual Health and HIV) course for HIV is taking place on 28th February 2012. Hosted by Sandyford the training is designed for practitioners from primary care and hospital settings. They provide face to face training based on real-world scenarios led by specialists from local services.

The overall aim is to update knowledge of HIV prevention, HIV recognition and diagnosis and HIV treatment and care.

Externally accredited by EPASS and recognised for CDP the course is suitable for multidisciplinary colleagues who want to build on previous courses, e-learning or for practitioners wanting to re-certify diplomas.

Costs for the day include: £125 for medical staff and £75 for nursing and other helath professionals.
